Contact the tech dept at this address and they can tell you what the spec is. info@arpfasteners.com
Be sure to use their supplied grease as it does make a big difference.

the tech arp said if you use their thread sealer (Part # 100-9904) torque to 86ftlbs and if you use other thread sealer (motor oil) 126 ftlbs
