# 007 just left WA this weekend...... now for sale with Bernie at Tomball Dodge. It was ViperExchanged for a 2009 ACR.

I hated to see it go, but I still have a Blue/White 96 GTS.

I see one from time to time driving around MacDill AFB in Tampa. Not sure if it's the Naples car, but that would be a hella commute if it is :)

Macdill AFB has 4 regulars that I've seen more than once, the 06 B/W, a *******, a steel grey, and a red gen 2. I guess mine would be the 5th one on base, quite the collection for such a small area.

One of the best looking Vipers ever!
But I hate the blue interior, it's just way too electric and a bit cheesy IMHO.

I had #138 here in Northern CA (Sacramento) but sold it last year. I believe its still local. Still have my Comp Coupe and looking to buy a new ACR...so not Viperless.

Jon...was there any reason outside of the exchange in getting rid of it? I have been looking at in online some but can't make up my mind. Signed by Gilles also right? They want $60k for it I think

Are you talking about the blue accent's?. Emergency brake handle, top of the steering wheel, and the shifter knob are all that's blue. Plus the little plaque on the center console.

I hated to part with the "First-Delivery Gen III Coupe" It was financial and storage related. Since I still have my B/W GTS, (and drive it more) the FED became redundant with my new Orange ACR in the garage.

Ralph Gilles was there at the launch...."It's kind of like being here for the birth of one of my my babies" he said!. In fact he drove it from Inspection to Ship Room and handed us the keys. He then drew a 'sketch' of the coupe on the Valve cover and then signed it. It also has Team Tech harnesses and relatively new PSIIs. The unused FED cover and floor mats are in OE bag. Ill furnish the delivery photos to the eventual buyer....I think I have build photos too.....

I agree completely. That is why I replaced all my blue items with black items. I like the all-black interior a lot more. I put the blue parts in storage, for whoever owns my Viper next.
