The car itself is a copy, most panels were copied off a canadian
viper with very few dodge parts fitted

Maybe I should buy a "kit" hood if I ever need one? <grin> I hear the hood is $12,000.00.

I have always loved kit cars. Some of them are built with such passion, they may be better than the original!

To each his own.

I priced a hood over here from Chrysler a couple of years ago £14,000/$21,000, you lot over the pond always get the bargains.

There is a guy here who's repairing a crashed viper with these
'replica' parts, quite handy if needed

Yea, thats the L98 motor. They coulda atleast put in an LS1!! Don't get me wrong though, I LOVE the way the L98 looks but it isn't going to be all that quick of a kitcar.

If you look where it should say Viper. On the side of the hood. Its says Ve . . . Like it says vettper
