I think they said 1974. Regardless, it's great to be back in Victory Circle at the Daytona 500!
It's also nice to see one of my favorite paint schemes on the car. I love Big Yellow Toys built by CAT! ![]() |

I do believe it was a Yellow Dodge...and a little black and even a little red...
Could not have been a classer guy to win the Superbowl of Nascar!!!! Go Dodge!!! Why doesn't Dodge get back behind Team Viper and they would own both worlds???? |

That was a GREAT RACE to see live!
![]() ![]() The Dodges were out in front for most of the Race! Besides Ward Burton #22 winning the 44th DAYTONA 500, the second best thing was when Sterling Marlin #40 took out "Pretty Boy" [Jeff Gordon #24]! ![]() |

My girlfriends uncle is wards best friend and lawyer. A year or two ago we got pit row/garage passes to talladega and even got to hang with him in his trailer! He's a really cool guy and I'm glad he got the win!

you're wrong, Jeff came down on "brainless 40" and lost. Then we all saw what "brainless 40" did on the last lap while the red flag was out.

I wonder if Marlis's left front fender was really on his tire. If so, he didn't really have much choice. If not, what a bummer for him.

Yeah, I meant right front! DOh! So it was rubbing huh? I don't see that he had much choice. As far as Gordon goes, I think you are right, the kid's a stud for sure.
Now if we could just keep him from engaging the boohoo mode at the awards ceremony! |

A worse rule is the stupid yellow line. The asphalt is "in play." There is no need for a yellow line except maybe to stir up controversy.
