Thats right people. After your loved ones die you can turn them into a diamond for only $4000 a 1/4 karat. And the human body can make up to 50 karats.

No, no, you're thinking of Simple Green. Simple Green (which is truely awesome stuff) can clean tires, Soylent Green is the stuff Tofu is made from.

That lifegem thing is pretty cool... I wonder if I start saving my poop and pee and spit and cut hair and fingernail clippings ( which must all contain carbon, right?) and take it down there in a big sack after a year, if they could make a diamond out of it for me?

Then I could give it to my girlfriend and say "Honey! I made it of myself!". Wouldn't that be sweet?

I told my wife that if she dies I would have turned into a diamond engagment ring to give to my next wife so she could watch over us.

Maybee in a couple of days shell start talking to me again.

Let's do the math.

A 70 kg body will contain 16 kg of Carbon.

1 carat = 200 mg = .2 g.

16,000 g @ .2 g / carat = 80,000 carats.

So if you get up to 50, who gets the other 79,950 carats??

That's what I want to know.
