Hey guys, I was wondering if anyone has any new info on the status of the Ram SRT. Ive seen the posts from a couple months back that said ppl were putting deposits and such on them but no one knew the actual price yet? Any news on this or on anything else new?
Thanks, AL |

I HAD THE OPPORTUNITY TO SEE THE PROTOTYPE TRUCK THAT THEY WERE TESTING AND TALK TO THE PVO GUYS. A FEW OF THEM WILL BE AVAILABLE AROUND XMAS TIME TAGET PRICE IS 45-46K. THEY ARE WORKING ON ADDING A TOW PACKAGE RIGHT NOW. THEY SAID THEY WERE TOWING LARGE TRAILERS WITH IT AND IT WAS DOING AWESOME. JUST A STANDARD CAB FOR THIS RUN MAYBE A EXTENDED CAB NEXT YEAR. THEY SAY IT HOOKS UP PRETTY GOOD BUT DOESN'T FEEL AS FAST AS THE VIPER BECAUSE ITS HIGHER OFF THE GROUND.

The local dealer I spoke with had not heard of it.
A local car enthusiast had. Its interesting how quickly information shoots around now. |

Same story with a local dealer here.
"Oh yeah - the SRT-10 already came out!" "No, the RAM - not the Viper." "Ahhh...you must be confused with the new Hemi 1500 that just came out!" Sigh. That's most dealers for you. It's really no wonder all of us pledge undying support for great (and fellow enthusiast run!) dealers like Woodhouse and Tator. |

It's enthusiast run dealerships that understand our poor and possessed souls. Thanks to all of them (even those not affiliated with Vipers)!
