With 1754 posts here I would respectfully suggest you join VCA before you buy a high end watch, if you can afford the watch you can afford to support the site you spend so much time on.

Obviously, since you cant afford both, get the one that will bring you the most satisfatcion. To me wheels would far outwiegh a watch. But to make new wheels look good, you need to lower it alos, which cost extra. Sounds like you cant afford that, so Id probably go with the watch.

Your Viper can do a lot your DD can't. A $5000 watch does the same thing a cell phone clock does. I agree with Lee, spend $150, join the VCA, then spend the rest on your Viper....or fill it up on gas. That should wipe out any extra $$ you had

I admit I am a watch slut. I have over 100, most manual or automatic, Breitling, Omega, etc, even an 18k G.P. ........So I understand your angst. But I had only 3 watches when I joined VCA and I renew every year.

I would rather buy & install a set of heads and get some new PCM programming for my Viper than buy a new set of wheels and tires for it.
