I'm sure here in New York they would have found some way to bring her up on charges, like discharging a weapon in city limits.

I've never been, but I love Texas! The only way to improve this story is if the other guy dies as well. Odds the dead guy will commit another crime: a GUARANTEED 0%
![]() Rock on Texas!! I wish all states focused on the victim's right instead of being p***ies and being more worried about the criminal's rights. I be damned if criminals deserve rights anyway. Their only right is to be killed. This guy exercised that right ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

Can't even imagine what it feels like to actually kill somebody but if my wife or soon to be child were ever in danger in my house, I would do the same thing. The only difference is I would use one of the 2 loaded 45's that are always in our house.

Some proof of the proverb that gun control is all in how you squeeze the trigger.
We had a guy up here who Howard Stern wanted to get on his show after hearing about it. The guy went into a 7-Eleven, and when he came out there were 3 young guys there pointing a .45 at him. They told him to stay quiet, give them his money (and the food/drink he just bought) and it'd be cool. Well, being experienced with guns he recognized that the safety was engaged. He proceeded to snatch the pistol from the gunman's hand and reverse it on them. They ran for their car and took off from what I remember. Safety engaged or not... (like maybe it was just a single action or something) I honestly don't think I'd risk it. Kudos to this other guy for pulling it off though, and to the Texas homie. |
