Default Cleaned Battery. All systems now DEAD??

I have an 03 Roadster. I decided to check the battery water levels and clean the terminals. Opened the trunk. Removed the cover and cleaned all. Battery check reveals fully charged.
Now, doors are locked, Alarm light that flashes on mirror is out, key fob does nothing and hidden key cyl on drivers door does nothing.

I've disconnected battery for 10 minutes several times and nothing happens.

Also have tried holding lock and unlock at same time per one message and holding down just unlock.
Nothing works.
What can I do to reset the system??

sleep mode

Insert key under the driver's side mirror. turn key with left hand while pressing in the door about 12 inches under the door latch to relieve the pressure and it will come back up.

All is well. THANK YOU THANK YOU.....I'll be able to sleep tonight.

I knew it had to be something but I couldn't get the key cyl to turn at all. Pushing in on the door to relieve the pressure did it.

Thanks again!
