At the bottom of my MSO it stated that it was good in all 50 states. The emissions sticker too said that it was 50 state emissions legal. Good Luck.

GTSViper... I didn't say I had the first CA SRT Viper... I said I had the first SRT-10 Viper in California, and it is CA Tier 1 Certified from the factory.
#1 in Calif is taken - you'll have to be satisfied with #2!  |

Believe me, I want my SRT-10 desperately, but in two months no one will remember or care whether I was 1st, 5th or 25th in California. My worst fear is that I am on vacation when my car arrives and I have to ask Andy to watch it for me until I get back. He'd undoubtedly will be the first to toast his SRT-10 (I think that he has had 3 of his prior Vipers in for surgery at the body shop) and swap his VIN # VGX000000last with mine before I got back. Andy to Frank: "An RV cut me off. You have it insured, right? Don't worry, in a few months it'll be as good as new!"
