Profit on Gen 111 or Gen 4
Just curious if anyone knows how much DC makes on each car. Can't be a lot but take a look at this article.

I've heard the base price of a porsche is nothing compared to the price w/ all extras and customs. Perhaps that is where the monster profits in this ad take place, if it is indeed accurate.

You can put as many options on a Porsche as the base price of the vehicle. I was on the showroom while awaiting my 911 and they had a Boxter from the factory for $87,000.

No surprise. I owned a 2001 996 and wondered just about everyday how they got $94,000 out of me. I remember telling everyone almost as soon as I picked it up that it was a beautiful car, drove nicely, but the value was nowhere near what I had seen in other cars. The cheap interior really got my goat. Oh well, you live and you learn.
