I have 2004 SRT-10 and purchased a NAV radio. Is this already set up for satelite radio? Or is an antenna requied if activated?

No, it's not set up for nav radio and an exterior antenna is need for the nav as well as the satelite radio.

the nav radio comes with the nav antenna, the Siruis setup is completely separate. The sirius assembly comes with the connection cable, tuner box, and antenna assembly.
