Confused In need of a right rear quarter panel bracket

Ok Guy's, History first. As I was having my garage painted and my roof pressure cleaned I had no place to put my 06 copperhead color coupe so I parked it on the edge of my driveway with my big ass dodge 2500 diesel truck between the car and the street. Then would'nt you have it the lady across the street backs up looks bothways (not directly behind here misses my truck by 2 inches and rams into my coupes right rear quarter Well now I have to replace the quarter panel as well as the rear bumper cover. I have the car almost fixed but I cannot locate the right rear steel braket that hold the panel and bumper to the body.
I have been to the dealer and they have called their support and we have received the wrong bracket each time. The manual only show the convertible body parts breakdown. The convertible number is 4865768AA but no where can we locate the number for the coupe bracket as it is a diffrent rear bumper cover than the convertible. please let me know if you can help

Tator's Dodge. Ask for Chuck. 914-763-3136. After that, I'd visit MafiaHitmen.com and see what it would cost for your neighbor to "disappear"

I am doing Jeff Lemke's SS decklid conversion and I used the bracket from the vert quarters for the coupe quarters. I just had to relocate it. It works perfectly. You will have the advantage of knowing exactly where to place it, I had to place the bracket by measuring. Good luck!!

coupes have a bumper mounting bracket that is a plastic part double sided taped to the quarter...is that what you need? if so, good luck. the part number stamped on it does not match any in dodges database and one must be obtained from a dismantler. i have rebuilt several c oupes, let me know if i could be of assistance

zen, I have the plastic taped on part your talking about. The part that I need is a metal bracket that bolts where the rear quarter meets the bumper cover and uses two nuts, then at the other end it bolts to the plastic body that forms the trunk. to remove you need to gain access through the trunk lift the rug and you will see two black phillips screws on each side.
Chuck at Tater Dodge gave me all the numbers the parts manual show and I ordered them "ALL" at this point I don't care what it cost I want to DRIVE!!
