Default RB1 upgrade for RBQ/2006, anyone done this.. Input?

Thinking about putting an RB1 unit, in place of my 2006 RBQ unit. Any input? Pros/cons?

how is sound quality?
how does the nav. system work?

I realize the RB1 is not the most "up to date" with regard to nav. technology. But I do like the fact it fits right in, without mod'ing the dash, cutting, splicing, etc, etc. This way, I cant bolt the RBQ unit back in, if I want it original again.

I just installed I-pod interface. So, Im thinking, losing the CD changer would not be a huge deal. but could be wrong. I might miss it... With the RB1, what do you need to get SIRIUS working? Another interface unit?

Also, anyone have one for sale?? PM me
