Default Oil "Temp" Guage Problem

I had the car in for serivice today to put some Cat Sims on and all went well until I noticed on the way home that the oil (temp) guage was not working. All the guages are on etc. I let the car get to temp and drove it a bit. Plenty of oil and plenty of pressure. Whats realy wierd is that when I turn the key to on just befoer starting all the guages including the oil are reading correctly. Once I start it up though the oil temp guage slowly falls back to under 120 and doesn't move. Does anyone know where the temp sensor for the oil if it got bumped or is there a reset feature? I havn't disconnected the battery yet to reset the ECM but thought I would see if anyone might send some kind advice my way on this? If not I will take it back in to get looked at.

Default Re: Oil "Temp" Guage Problem

Wanted to update this. The problem was a BAD O2 simm that I purchased. Replaced the Simm and bamm oil temp guage back to normal. Must share a ground or something? Anyway most the tuners I called have never heard of this but a bad simm on the passenger side will play bonkers with your oil temp guage.
