Is a ACR avalible in any time, anywhere?

I am 13 in Nov 13th..
I am planning to buy a Viper GTS<ACR> when I am 16...
and i wanna ask Is a Viper GTS<ACR> a limited production?
and Instead of a Viper GTS<ACR> what other Vipers do you suggest me to consider of and Why?Price?
OR what other Cars do you suggest me to consider of?Price?
Also..
Can you guys gimme some tips for controling a viper?

Hi Michael, When you are 16 there will be a New Generation of the Viper, that is likely what you will want to buy. To control the Viper takes a lot of training in performance driving. I suggest you take a few Kart driving schools and continue to practice in Karts until you can take a Racing School like Skip Barber. Congratulations on you choice of a Viper as your first choice. If I were 13 I would also want a Viper.
