Mid-Ohio WILL BE A SELL OUT EVENT!! ****Remember this event is a FRIDAY & SATURDAY EVENT!!****
**Reception/Registration party will take place on THURSDAY APRIL 25TH at the Ramada Limited. (The Host Hotel)***
To comfirm your reservatins for driving at the event you MUST reply to the following questions!!
Do you plan on driving at the Mid-Ohio event? Yes or No ($645/weekend)
Will you be bringing any guests? Yes or No
If Yes, how many will be apart of the ENTIRE meal package ? # (@$125/guest)
How many will be a part of the Friday dinner ONLY (no other food for the weekend $35/dinner) ? #
Med+Stats renewals $15 or $35 for 1st time Med+Stats.

DETAILS.... Mid-Ohio April 26th & 27th , 2002
FIRST EVENT OF THE EASTERN REGION : Come out to the track and test your car,driving skills and learn some new ones. Please see the track web site for track map, directions to track and video. www.midohio.com Please note that this event is a Friday and Saturday event!!
COST: $695.00 or $645.00 for VCA member* Event Upcharge - $50.00 (VCA #required)** for a registration/reception party at the Ramada Limited, two lunches, and a Saturday night banquet at the RoadHouse Steak house,commemorative gift and extensive track time. One day entry $300 includes lunch!!
PAYMENT: Viper days accepts Visa and Master Card. Make checks payable to:Viper Days, Inc. Payment for each event is paid in full prior to theevent!! Late Entry- 7 days before event will result in a $50 late fee, NO EXCEPTIONS!!

TRACK SIDE SERVICE Archer Racing Accessories will be on hand to do complete trackside service including suspension, alignments, engine modifications and exhaust. If there is something specific you will like,please call John and make an appointment. 218-727-4806
TIRES Bobby Archer Enterprises are the Exclusive provider of trackside safety needs, tire mounting and balancing, and sales. Those needing Michelin or Hoosier tires please call ahead and order them so they can bring them to the track. Call Dan or Eric @ 817-877-1772
TRAILER AND RIG PARKING Friday am 6:30am only. NO THURSDAY DROP OFF!!
CAMPERS/MOTORCOACHES No camping on the property but you are able to campjust outside the gates.
FUEL The track is selling 94, 105 Supreme, 110 & 112 leaded.
GARAGE SPACE 28 garage spaces are available to rent for the entireweekend for $150. You are able to fit 2 cars per garage!! Call Kevin toeserve your space 419-884-4034
REQUIRED TO BRING Helmets with Snell rating of 95 or be no more then 5 years old. No motorcycle helmets unless you wear a belaclava. Long sleeve shirt and pants required. ***********
MED+STATS 2002 IS MANDATORY! ! There is a NEW form requiring additional information. Please bring your Med+Stats lanyard or fill out Med+Stats confidential information and return with payment ASAP. Renewal will be only $ 15.00.
THURSDAY NIGHT ARRIVAL: 6PM until 9PM at Ramada Limited. Check in and register at the reception with cocktails and hors d'oeuvres. Tech. inspection will occur at the track Friday morning at the track. Please join us for hors d'oeuvres, drinks and some Viper Tales. A Viper tech inspection tip: empty your glove box and trunk at the hotel instead of the track.
GUEST PACKAGE: For those who do not wish to put their car on the trackand/or guests, we offer a food package of the reception, two catered lunches and a banquet for $125.00 per person. Children will be given a discount,must call Courtney for details!!

· FRIDAY: If arriving on Friday morning, be at the track by 6:30AM for registration and tech inspection MANDATORY drivers meeting at 7:00. The track will go hot at 8:00. Classroom instruction begins at 8:30 AM, Banquet at the ROAD HOUSE 6:30 cocktail/ 7pm dinner. · SATURDAY: Be at the track by
7:00 AM. Driver meeting at 7:45 the track will go hot at 8:00.
