Lifter Noise

I hear mine ticking away all the time, but I have a 2000 which is more quiet as far as tranny noise (NGR), which enables more prominent lifter noise.

Some lifter noise is normal. 15-50 oil is to heavy for hydraulic lifters. Try 10-30 mobil-1 and see if that quiets them down a little.
