Contact me for info on a good body shop - he can tell you what you'd want repaired and what needs to be replaced. They are on the "approved / fast track" list for lots of insurance companies so claims get processed MUCH quicker and without question.
If the other person is found at fault - you can pretty much get anything new you want. Make sure the other guys insurance company PAYS....
Hoods are funny - they CAN be repaired, but if someone hit me - I'd get a new one and sell the old one to somoene that wiull be using it on a race car....
