Promote Illustrated Upgrades Section

With all of the improvements to the illustrated upgrades section (great work guys!!!) it might be worth while re-introducing it to every one. Maybe you could do a "press release" announcing all of the improvements!! I hate for all of the work to go un-noticed and people may have quit checking this section since it went unchanged for so long....

I like the idea of "testimonials"... or "feedback", where the person using the instructions is asked (or possibly even e-mailed?) a few days after he visited those instructions to give his thought about how smooth the install went.

Sort of a rating system, confidence builder shot in the arm.
