Moderator Guidelines
1. Moderators will do their best not to over moderate. If things get heated, or if a topics initial content is completely obscured by hard line and obsessive debating, an attempt to lock a thread with an explanation will be made before deleting it. They will do their best to stay consistent.
2. If a moderator participates as a user in a thread, he/she will not participate in the moderation of that thread.
3. Moderators are appointed, approved, and can be removed only by a majority vote of the Web Committee.
4. There will be a web form that moderators will use to let individual posters know why their post was deleted. Note to users: This will be implemented as soon as programming
for it has been completed.
