Those with his S/C package think he's more than just "ok".

The verbal commentary by the videographers was quite interesting as well, first the excitement of seeing the flying vette, then the reality of what just happened sinks in...

I saw the video at the Dougsters...

I'm pretty sure he said a spherical rod end broke and I'm thinking it was a tie-rod.

I notice how the car flipped over the concrete "knife edge" wall.

It kicked up in the air when it hit the wall and fortunately went over it. If it had come down onto it, that would have been a disaster.

Yeah, the grass exacerbated the crash by catapulting the car over the wall.
At the time I didn't know what to think, I fell asleep behind the wheel (if you know what I mean) ! Ouch!
As much pain as I felt from the wreck, the financial pain was worse. Losing that gosh darn car cost as much as two Vipers. Unfortunately, no insurance on a race car .

    Anyhow, I'm doing fine thanks!

    Doug

Do you think the folks at D/C saw this video and said we can do better than the Vette's. We will make a commercial and complete a 360 and land on all four wheels ( Current Dodge commercial).

That poor guy in the Vette is non other than our S/C tuner "DOUG LEVIN" What a horrific crash just to see. He was laid up for a bit and still isn't quite right in the head..

LOL!! it wouldn't been the other way around. Hisser was racing against a 6 second vette. If you look in the video, you'll see DLM was already ahead of the hisser. But it does look like Tony "killed" him ..!!
