Jon, doesn't the Gen 2 have a larger clutch than the Gen 1? If so, can a Gen 1 owner get the larger Gen 2 lightweight flywheel, and oem Gen 2 larger pressure plate, and oem Gen 2 larger disc?

If this will fit into a Gen 1 and your're replacing the flywheel, why not just put in a new, bigger pressure plate and disc while it's all apart?

You ever notice....
When the clutch is new it feels so easy and effortless to press down on the peddle.

As time goes on, the heat takes it's toll on the pressure plate and makes the clutch very stiff and hard to press down on the peddle. It's a progressive evil as the clutch gets older and exposed to the high temperatures. It only gets worse.

Also, you may want to knock the rivets out of the driver seat to allow more forward travel if more leg room is desired.
