ACR \"Rattler\" Owner Letter to Team Viper Launch.
As promised, we have put the finishing touches on the joint letter to Dodge/Team Viper to request a remedy for the persistant and common problem of the rear shock rattle. I wish to thank all the VCA members who helped with their input and advice. We all hope that when an issue is this prevelent and has already been remedied by the production line, that Dodge does indeed do the right thing and provide an appropriate resolution to those who request same. We all are very appreciative of the way Dodge has always supported the VCA and we are sure that the positive way we have approached this problem will underscore our desire to maintain only the best of relations with the company that had the guts to build our snakes!
We will keep the Viper community informed of our progress and hopefully we will have some positive news to report.
