The speedvision viper program was a blast to watch, thanks to those who participated, you made us all look good!

I have a question on the naration about the gennIII car near the end of the show, they quote the genIII motor at 525 hp. Is that just a journalistic error, or is there more to it - or was I halucinating?

Dave.

I heard the same thing. You are correct. Doesnt matter to me because I dont care for the styling so I will wait till the gen 3 gts comes out no matter how long its worth the wait.

Let me start by saying this is my opinion only.I think there will be a new GTS eventually. I just don't think it will be in the cards for the next few years.Dodge has always appreciated input from Viper owners so e-mail me if you are interested in the new GTS and I will forward them to the appropriate parties.

From the video, my initial impression is that the genIII is too square looking. I love the rounded curves of the I and II. I also don't like the vette-like vent fore of the doors. I'll have to see one in person.

My input for Gen III:

Shaker hood

Factory-installed crown air freshener

"Gas, Grass or A**, No Free Rides" dash plaque

Kelsey-Hayes look-alike cop car wheels, but in alloy

"Coffee can" extensions for side exhaust

chicks dig all that stuff
