If the noise is coming from the clutch linkage inside the car here's what you can try. Spray some silicone spray on the moving linkage/bushings under the dash. You may need to remove the lower fascia panel to facilitate the clutch components. Be careful spraying, too much will drip down to the pedals and cause your foot to slip off of them.
