Arkansas plate \"724HP\"???

Have heard from some fellow car buffs in the Little Rock area of a blue/white gts with the tag "724HP" and was wondering if that owner is on here or if anybody knows who this is? Would like to meet up with this person and talk vipers!! Thanks!

Brian, I think the fellows car is for sale in the classifieds, have never been able to get him to join the VCA
