Need MORE TIME set up yo go back and edit posts

In the old forum we could go back and edit a post almost any time. It seems like we have an hour now. The next day we can't go back and edit. Can this be changed to allow us to go back and update or correct an old post?

No sweat Jerry! What does everyone think would be enough time? Please keep in mind that there are some constants we work with. One of them is that there IS a limit built into the code...so lets accept that and move on from there. Accepting that there is a limit...what would work? What would be a good number that would likely be enough....and if editing was desired AFTER that time, a note to me (or a mod) would suffice?

Sheesh, did ANY of that make sense??? I'm all ears Jerry, et al. Happy to do whatever it is you want..."but I ain't cheap!!! I'm easy, just not cheap."
