Going to install a set of Belanger Headers and read a post on using steel sandwich gasket and not using the supplied gaskets. Which gasket works best? Does anyone have any "Wish I would have know about that on the install?" Thanks

I always use the factory steel gasket from Chrysler as it never leaks. And I use a small bead of black Silicone on both sides, the silcone will also serve to hold the gasket in place while you line up the header bolts. I also suggest getting STAGE 8 safety locking bolts even if you don't use the locks the look much better than most bolts.

We use either the factory metal gaskets of the Mopar graphite gaskets. Either works great! I don't like paper gaskets--cheap and leak-prone! :usa:
