The Va-Md region’s first event of the year will be a lunch at Tony Roma’s Restaurant near Owings Mills, MD on March 22, 2003 at 11:30 pm. After lunch there will be an optional cruise to Westminster, MD. More details here.

Just a fairly open 15+ mile drive up I-795 and rt 140 to a 50's
'car cruise' diner.
