Anyone looking for a \'96 white w/ blue stripes RT/10?

Ran into an older guy while driving my GTS. Said he had one for sale. Asked if I knew anyone.. From what I could gather, it is a 1996 white w/ blue stripes..
Said it had rear exhaust w/ plastic zip up windows, hardtop and softtop. I think he said it had 40k miles on it. Car is in Central Florida. Offers.

reasonable offers.. Perhaps mid or low 30's would get it??? He said it was appraised at 40k. I told him he was smoking crack....
