Just installed tubes/filters, now have high pitched noise?

Hey everybody...I just installed smooth tubes and K&N filters. While driving tonight, I noticed a high pitched brake-squeal like noise. It only does it while in gear, and in the low RPM range while accelerating. I found a past link possibly on this issue, but I was wondering why it doesnt make the same noise while in neutral, and revving through the same RMP range?

That is normal when replacing filter and tubes. Just think of it as being a little extra power.

I'd had forgotten about the "whistle" since I did my smooth tubes on the Viper so long ago. But I just did the same thing on my Durango this last week and thought "Oh yeah, that's the whine I was looking for!" It happens on a Durango too when you take all the intake crap off and slap a K&N cone filter right onto the intake hat.
