Weight capacity

I have a 2K GTS that has conflicting weight capacities. The sticker on the door says carrying capacity of 400 lbs. The manual sternly says to not pay attention to the door sticker and says the capacity is 330 lbs. I weigh about 215 and that does not leave but 115 lb capacity left. Any ideas?

Make sure whoever rides with you weights less than 115 lbs. I have never seen any posts with regards to someone having issues related to over loading their car. Depending on how much you overload the car, it may scrape easier and/or the suspension may bottom out easier.

DRIVE it.

I was 290 lbs when I bought my GTS and the wife is 125lbs. I had NO trouble at all driving home from wodhouse in NE to NJ.
