Ram-X Foam Filters

Has anyone used the Ram-X foam filters in the stock Gen II airbox? If so, any comments on their performance relative to alternatives?

Are these the same as Ram Air? If they are that is what I use on my car. They have a multi layer foam. Make sure to use a good sticky oil with them. The oil is what catches the dust and dirt. I like them and will continue to use them instead of K&N. They have alot more surface area to catch dust and should make about the same power.

Yup, the same. Mine came in a plastic bag soaked in an oil the consistancy of honey. Do foam filters have any advantages over other types?
