Convert Viper Days Regristration Packett to readable format

Would someone be able to convert their racers regristration packet from Viper Days into a readable format for me? It was sent as a mim.file. I can only open Work or Adobe format. Thanks for the help.

I cannot open the inof either. I have e-mailed Skip but not received a response yet. He may be on vacation.
