Couple Questions

A few newb questions that are tedious to find answers to in the archives:

1).Are all GTS exhausts the same? Just curious if say a 2001 stock exhaust would interchange with a 98.

2).Show me some of your pics of smooth tubes and K&N Cone filters. And where is the best place to pick up a set.

3).Will the 1-4 Skip Shift Eliminator sold for Vettes, Firebirds, etc from Summit work for the viper as well?

And finally, is this 2002 GTS exhaust complete (I have yet to get under my car)

1) Kind of. In 98.5 they changed the exhaust headers. You can put them in a pre-98...but you MUST use the newer flex piece as well (I believe)

2) Uh....I can later.

3) As far as I know...if it ifor a T-56 you should be OK...but I'll let someone smart answer.

4) HOW complete? Heads to tail? No, it is not.

2. Cone filters may not be the best choice, as the ambient air they'll pick up inside the engine compartment will be very warm.
3. I'm using Summit P/N JET-61610 -- $29.69. It works fine.

Ok, so just get a couple replacement K&N's then and some smooth tubes like the metal ones from parts rack?
