Excellent Service from West Coast Viper

Just want everyone to know the excellent initial experience I had from Jason, John and even John's Mom from West Coast Viper.

Called Jason and arranged a sched where I will be driving the bumblebee on Sunday Morning. Got an emergency and I can only start driving from Northern Cali at 5pm. Jason was kind enough to get out of bed, go to the shop and meet up with me and drive me to a hotel afterwards. In the morning picked me up from the hotel, drive me to the shop for some site tour and then talked to the owner John and then John's mom was kind enough to drive me 60 miles to the San Diego aiport.

Now, THAT IS an excellent above and beyond customer service!

Good to hear. My PCM will be there in the morning for a tune, so its always nice to hear stories like that.

I'm telling you..not only they are awesome people but they have a complete facilities there. In-house dyno for one. I drove 6 hours starting at 5:41pm from San Jose to get there. I know it was worth it when Jason told me that he will meet up with at the shop at almost midnight......
