Put a section of Autobahnd, Clear Bra or other coating over the sills as well as the usual front surfaces. It seems to make direct calf contact less of a pain as well as protecting against heel scuffs. Bob :usa:

Corsa Exhaust.... Track pack Sidepiper kit lowers 125 degrees. Gains 17-20 HP.
Weighs less. NO MORE heat behind seats as well. (Under $1200, back in stock Tuesday 4/22) HF cats cool even more

As Viper D said, a simple removal of the sec. cats will take care of the problem, and create no new problems.

Upgrade the mufflers as well. The Corsa kit may also help, but I gotta hear one first. The removal of the crossover may cause the sound to change unfavorably. Has anyone out there heard an SRT without the crossover?

Yes--one can not help but wonder how removing the crossover might effect the sound quality. That said, Corsa is generally known for a putting out a quality product. Anyone in the know, it's time to chime in.
