With those mods I'd say that you should be putting down somewhere near 440RWHP/475RWTQ.

I'd say that your time is good for your mods, but your trap speed looks low. Track conditions and driving skills vary so much that you are likely to see a range of 11.8@120MPH for a super driver with great traction, to 12.8@114MPH for someone who needs to practice shifting more, or has poor track conditions.

Most likely you could shave off a couple tenths from your 1/4 mile time with practice, but with your mods you should be doing closer to 118-120MPH trap speed now.

Dimitrios, you should be getting high 11s with a trap speed over 120mph. I've seen bone stock cars do 12.1-12.3 at 115-118mph. I myself got a 12.8 at 114mph (best of 2 runs). I think I'll take to the track too next time. You can beat me and feel good about it.

What were your reaction and 60ft times?

I ran 11.5's with nothing but cats and mufflers removed. I think I netted 8 hp and zero torque from that.

Dimitrios - high 11's is about right with a good launch and quick shifts..

I was on BFG's, but my 60' times were in the 1.79-1.82 range. It was at the V10 Nationals. The MPH was 124-125. My car is pretty strong, and I know how to shift!

Mike great info. Dimitrios after seeing these times a good launch is going to put you where you want to be. My question to everyone is: What RPM would do you recommend tacking before the launch if Dimitrios has BFG Drag Radials?

For those of us who are Drag Strip Challenged and can barley keep the car pointed in a straight line and can sometimes manage to shift out of first after launching the car, we have to resort to adding a Roe S/C to come close to these numbers...

My best run was a 12.7@119 with just K&Ns and smooth tubes (car dynoed at 413/450). I talked to several drivers that day, and they stated their times were consistantly .4 sec slower compared to another local track. So, the bottom line is that the track has a lot to do with it as well. The fact that I **** at drag racing is only part of the equation! :p

Completely true EA6BPilot. (not that you ****, but the track condition part)
At last Summer's Socal VCA California Speedway drags, I saw many vipers run in the 13's. Terrible track, no track prep, and 100 degrees ambient.

My best was an 11.9 @ 119.3 with catback, cats, k&n's, and tubes on pilots...

Also had several very low 12's @ 118.

BigCarrot,

Something sounds wrong about your numbers. 11.5@125MPH works out to about 525RWHP.
The drag radials and power-shifting could explain the good 60' times and possibly the 11.5 1/4 mile time, but not the 124-125MPH trap speed.

None other than Evan Smith (professional test driver AND dear friend of our NJ VCA) has two of the three top 3 ET's! Evan ran the 11.77 in a stock 2000 RT/10, and the 11.98 in my Black/Silver 2000 GTS (and it was HOT and VERY HUMID!)

He is an amazing driver!

Yep, beats the [******] out of me! I have the time slips though! Lots of people were there! It was at the V10 nationals! The 60' times sucked in my opinion! I think GTS Dean has done similar MPH in his almost stock car.
