I am so curious if you push the start button once the car is running, if it will engage the starter again. Sort of like turning a key on a car that is running. Or do they have a cut off feature. I have not hit it while running and don't want to test it, but maybe someone has and would like to share what it did.

I'll try it. I'm bored. After all, I've already mastered fuel cutoff in first, second and third gear.

There is a "smart start" feature that prevents the starter from re-engaging while the engine is running.

Does anybody know what would happen if you'd pull the keys out while driving?

No, maybe later...
But you know what? I'll try to pull my e-brake at 150 mph instead and see how that turns out. :D
