Last week I had my first experience dealing with Northwind Engineering. For those of you who have not dealt with them yet, all I can say is this is one fantastic company. I was dealing with Mike, who is very knowledgeable, returned every call when he said he would, and ended up delivering the product on time even after I had requested an accelerated completion date. All this for something which he had not done before. I asked him if I could get a combined lower the seat 1" and also 2" forward mounting kit.
Mike is offering service which unfortunately you do not get everywhere, but many businesses could learn from. Great service Mike! I am still smiling!
