Great look; I love the look of my wheels (2002-same as yours), on my '96. Look at page 2 of my 'photos' for some shots.

Barry - Thanks for the reply. This is exactly what I'm looking for. A few more questions:

1. Did you custom fit and fabricate the exhaust holes or did you find something on the after market? Level of effort?

2. Did you have room for the cats and the exhaust before the side exit?

3. How is the sound?

4. If you had it to do over again, what would you do different?

Thanks.

love the overhead roof off pic Baz, thats a classic.
wheels are a great improvement, being a ex:Skunk part they have to be worth extra BHP :)

Baz's sill were fabricated by Colin in Scotland who copied them off a pair of OE gen2 sills, there are currently quite a few in the UK running around with his moulded panels :2tu: a lot cheaper option that buying factory parts. Baz doesnt have cats, not had a ride yet but its LOUD on tick over

It is the Sean Roe side exit kit for the gen1 RT/10 i did remove the cats for better sound..
The side sills are copys of Gen2s made with fire retardent resin,I did rivit in a piece of ally for a heat shield were the muffler sits had no problems at all with heat and its been on a 300mile drive..
The tips were custom made to my spec (wanted a race look)
The holes in the sills were cut out before painting..All i done was drew round the new tips and then opened it up another 3 or 4 mm for clearance...
Sounds AWSOME even better on over run.....Had the odd flame as well!!!!!!!
Some pics of the exhaust
