Take the side sills off, saw the pipe on either side of the cat, replace with new pipe, weld, replace side sills. Pretty easy.

Before you cut, mark the pipe on either side of the cat so the exhaust doesn't turn. My welder tacked each side to different tables and when the cat was cut out nothing moved. New piece went right in.

Do a search on re-installing sills. Don't strip holes, possibly replace with larger screws or alternate fastener, touch up holes to stop corrosion.

P.S. A couple long, long extensions help bolting the exhaust back up to headers. Possibly a need to replace donut gaskets when you reinstall, especially on a 93. Also might want to get a few extra exhaust to header bolts, I broke one and needed to wait a day.
