How much for 05 4 Doors SRT-10 Ram ?

A friend of mine is buying a brand new 2005 black 4 door SRT10-Ram this month.
I am the one who advised him on the choice of his truck and we are still trying to locate the best deal out there.
I have read several times that Tators and Woodhouse offer significant discounts below MSRP (which is right now 50,200 I believe).
I would really appreciate any input from those of you who went through this before.
