1998 Silver GTS vs 1999 Bright Metallic Silver GTS

I am considering either a 1998 or 1999 GTS in monotone silver. I have only been able to see the 1998 silver model in my area first hand. No 1999's are up for sale at this time. I have tried to compare the two models online but it seems all the pics I find are in different lighting and the two years look the same.

Does anyone have a pic of a 1998 and 1999 monotone silver side by side or taken in the same lighting as one another? Is there any noticeable difference in the silver color between the two years? Thanks.

The silver colors are actually identical. Same paint code, methinks. I've put the two cars (mine and others) side by side and you can't tell the difference by color.

same here...they are the same. i know a guy with a 99 and it is identical to my 98
