This idle hang during hard driving is just about killing me. It only occurs under harder driving conditon on the street or on the road course or autocross track.
1997 GTS
Done the following:
Throttle cable
throttle bodies
intake gasket
intake maniford
Throttle postion sensors
Idle Air motor
IAM sensor
The only other things that I could think off would be:
air box sensor
throttle body sync.
or wooden dowl
Has anyone ever used a wood dowl in the IAM hose as a restrictor to only allow 500 RPM's worth of air to IAM, no matter what signal the PCM sends to the IAM.
If so what size dowl would work or any other idea would be appreciated.
