Anybody using this brand? What exerience are you having with the product? If you passed on Backyard buddy, why and what did you buy?

I helped a freind get his Backyard Buddy about 6 years ago. Since I live in OH we just drove over and got it. Im not sure where they are located now, but the building was an old abandoned looking steel mill and was very dirty. I was thinking, "what the heck kinda contraption are getting?"
We put it together and he has never had a problem with it since.

Anyone have an idea on cost of these units? They don't list a cost on their website...
