Looking for a clean B&W

I have been searching the boards for a real clean B & W. I am a cash buyer and dont want to spend over $45K unless the mods are amazing. I would entertain anything up to 30,000 miles depending on the price or a possibly a different color . I want to drive it so I dont want to pay the premium for a 5,000 mile car. Let me know the money is burning a hole in my pocket!
