I broke my power steering pulley into pieces, does anyone make metal pulley

Also, does the PS unit need to come out of the car and have pulley pressed in or it just slips on?

Make sure you have a puller....this might as well be welded! Not easy to pull off!

march performance makes a nice pulley. so a SEARCH and you'll fidn the part #. like $89 methinks.

How about when i put it back on, do i need to have it pressed on?

You can put it back on with a good grade 8 bolt/thick washer. The amazing part is how hard the P.S. pulley is to replace and the alternator pulley just falls off!
