Help on pricing used \'05 SRT

I am out of room in the garage and have decided to sell my '05 Yellow SRT.

I have not been watching the pricing on used Vipers lately and am looking for some input. The Viper has less than 1,900 mile with an in service date of 12/04. I have the Dodge exhaust, that I have not installed, it will go with the car. The overall all condition is as new with a little dust and a few bugs stuck to the front, no scrapes to the front end, yet.

Thanks,
Steve

Joel at Hendrick had a list of new 2005 Vipers for as low as 67K. One of the forum members bought a black one from him.

I sure did :) ... bought it for my Dad !! Brand spankin new ;-) But I believe this to NOT be an indication of the resale value of the market. I stole this one, as Hendrick was willing to take a big loss on it, to move volume. I was originally going to pay 72-74k for a simular brand new one.

SRTRICKY - The Miata is the wife's so it has to stay :D

I was originally thinking in the 67k range but that may be to high.

oOoOo... Damn, I was looking at getting a yellow SRT. I'm still undecided those as to if I want the SRT or a late model RT/10... If I was ready to buy right now, i'd definitly consider it.

Good Luck.

67 would be a steal. Would yellow pull a higher or lower dollar amount around that number?

Thx SRTRICKY!! I didnt mean to hijack the thread, just wanted to make sure eveyone knows my deal was not indicative of the value of new or used srt-10's. One exception does not make a rule.

Man I would think long and hard about that color on that car. Not that it wouldn't look nice, but imagine the resale. You have to find someone interested in a used SRT/10 (not easy unless you are giving it away, there are a lot around) and on top of that a yellow one.

The SRT10 looks awesome in Yellow. Unlike the Gen II's, the Gen III's need a little help with a color that is a bit bolder. A bit louder. Just my opinion, of course....
